Aerial Imagery and Project Data
In the course of providing drone services, AER Operations may collect aerial photographs, video footage, mapping data, thermal imagery, and other sensor data on behalf of clients ("Project Data"). The following applies to all Project Data:
- Project Data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed service and delivering contracted deliverables to the client
- Raw Project Data is retained for 30 days after delivery, after which it is permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Project Data is not shared with third parties without client consent except as required by law
- Deliverables are transmitted via secure methods — password-protected links, encrypted file transfer, or secure cloud storage
- AER Operations does not use client Project Data for any purpose other than fulfilling the contracted scope of work
